Releasing Trauma from Knee

 

In the depths of sorrow's strain,

A knee beset by anguished pain,

I sought release, a healing balm,

To calm the storm, restore the calm.

I closed my eyes and turned within,

To find a way where peace begins,

Releasing pent-up tears and fears,

Embracing solace, wiping tears.

With every breath, I let it go,

The weight that burdened me below,

Unleashing hurt, emotions raw,

To make room for a brighter thaw.

Through gentle stretches, love and care,

I found a path to mend and repair,

Unshackling the knots that bind,

My knee and heart now intertwined.

With every movement, pain released,

A newfound strength, a sense of peace,

I danced and twirled, a joyful flight,

As pain transformed to pure delight.

Let go, my friend, release the strain,

From knee and heart, embrace the gain,

For in the act of setting free,

We find the power to simply be.
