My knee and heart now intertwined.

I danced and twirled, a joyful flight,

As pain transformed to pure delight.


Let go, my friend, release the strain,

From knee and heart, embrace the gain,

For in the act of setting free,

We find the power to simply be.

The Fighter


 

In the heart of a fighter, a determination is born,
Awakening each morning, with dreams to adorn,
Through battlefields of life, she marches alone,
Defying all odds, a force to be known.

With fists clenched tight, she steps into the ring,
Each blow absorbed, but never losing her sting,
For in her blood, courage courses deep,
A spirit unyielding, relentless and steep.

The Fighter bears scars, etched deep on her skin,
A testament of trials and battles she's been,
Yet she never surrenders or bows down to defeat,
Even when darkness engulfs, she finds light in the heat.

Through the storms of doubt, she stands tall and strong,
Defying the critics who tell her she's wrong,
With resilience as her armor, no foe can subside,
She's a warrior fierce, with a heart filled with pride.

As the champion of struggle, she fights for a cause,
Her spirit unbroken, despite scars and flaws,
She carries the hopes of the silenced and weak,
Inspiring others, with the battles she seeks.

But beyond the physical, her fight runs deep,
Against inner demons, she courageously leaps,
Conquering fears, with her unwavering might,
She transforms her darkness, into radiant light.

Healing Rhythm of Ocean Waves

 

The healing rhythm of the waves, I find my peace,

As the ocean drum whispers a healing release.

Its gentle sound, like ocean's breath, it soothes,

Guiding me on a journey of inner truths.

 

With every beat, I'm transported afar,

To sandy shores, where worries are sparred.

The drum's soft echoes, like seagulls' cries,

Carry me to where my spirit truly flies.

 

In its rolling melody, I feel the embrace,

Of water's touch, washing away all trace,

Of pain and sorrow, that burdens my soul,

Replacing them with serenity, making me whole.

 

The ocean drum sings a healing song,

As its waves of sound wash away what's wrong.

I close my eyes, and let its magic unfurl,

Calming my spirit, bringing balance to my world.

 

And as the drum's rhythm fades into the night,

I'm left with a sense of peace, shining bright.

For in its melody, I've found solace and grace,

Healing my heart, in this sacred ocean space.
